Conflict is a normal part of life.

It can also be an opportunity for connection and understanding. When conflict arises, it’s an opportunity to improve your circumstances by using healthy and effective communication and negotiation skills.

The trainers will take a creative, interactive and fundamental approach to exploring communication and conflict management techniques. This training can be tailored to address specific organizational needs.

Training Structure and Outcome

  • Trainings are typically 1 to 2 days, followed by learning reinforcement day(s) to ensure successful application of the skills learning in training.

  • After training participants will have an increased personal awareness of views about and response to conflict, they will develop practical skills and have improved interpersonal communication with peers and customers.
