Cynthia Schuler

Cynthia Schuler is a licensed attorney in Ohio since 1981. She served as a Magistrate at Lucas County Juvenile Court for over 10 years. During her tenure at the court, she assisted in grant writing, program development and mediation. As a result, she has helped in developing mediation programs and trained mediation nationally. Since then she has had executive leadership experience including running a district for the department of Children and Families in Florida and over 10 years’ experience as CEO of non-profit organizations. During this time, she has continued new program development, grant writing and communication training.

Theodore Hueter

Theodore Hueter graduated from Ohio University with undergraduate degrees in Economics and History and later received his Master’s Degree in Financial Economics. He has been contracted on grant writing, research, and editing for numerous organizations across the country.

Tammy Martin Kosier

Tammy Martin Kosier, has over twenty three years experience in mediation, facilitation, conflict management, mentoring and training. She has extensive experience in program development, mediation, training and consulting. She is currently a mediation coordinator and mediator for Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas. She received her JD from the University of Toledo, College of Law. She has presented numerous trainings and provided consultation extensively throughout the State of Ohio and nationally on topics related to mediation, facilitation, conflict management, negotiation, crisis intervention and program development.
